Process 1: Low-temperature food picking to the staging area
Low-temperature foods such as frozen meats are placed in the staging area after being picked from the freezer or cold storage.
Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the freezer is -23 °C to -25 °C, the temperature of the frozen product at the temporary storage area is about 0 °C and the frozen food is stored in the temporary storage area should not exceed half an hour.
Due to different products required different temperature requirements, frozen foods and non frozen foods should not be temporarily stored in the same temporary storage area.
Process 2: Prepare the work before loading
Refrigerated truck should first cool the temperature inside the truck before loading.
Generally, when the temperature of the frozen product box falls below -10 °C, the temperature of the refrigerated truck can be reduced to below -7 °C and wait until the freezing point or higher then only suitable to start loading goods.
Process 3: Loading
During this process, the refrigerated truck should keep the refrigeration unit in normal operation and continue to be in a cooling state. Refrigerated truck typically reduce the temperature inside the truck to below -18 ° C and maintain this low temperature during shipping.
Fresh food should be distributed in logistics containers, so that it can be loaded in the shortest time and secondly it can minimize the loss of freshness of food during the loading and unloading process.
Thirdly is to avoid fresh food and truck body contact to reduce pollution. After the loading is completed, close the door properly and deliver the goods according to the designated route.
Process 4: Delivery to the store.
After the refrigerated truck arrives at the store, the refrigeration system of the vehicle should be kept in a normal state and the temperature in the truck body should be up to standard before the store personnel open the car door.
